General Description of Role:
To oversee the assigned residential houses and to ensure that the Newport Program runs smoothly from a day to day basis. Works directly with the Residential Supervisors at assigned location offering direction, support and feedback. Act as a liaison to the Clinical Team and the Experiential Facilitators, sharing information and direct plans with the CC’s (care counselors) to offer the most up to date and individualized treatment for our Residents.
