Responsible for building and training a local children’s ministry team made up of more than 50 volunteer and paid children’s workers. Responsible for building a district ministry team made up of more than 20 volunteers who lead, train, and recruit other local and district children’s ministry volunteers. Grew our children’s activities participant numbers at NM Nazarene Family Camp from 25 to over 100 in two years.
