Developed and implemented a detailed, comprehensive plan for the drilling and completion of a 5 horizontal development wells that included all aspects of well construction in Georgia Republic.

Drilled and completed 4 re-entry sidetrack horizontal well with short turn application using Rotary Steerable (RSS) drilling system.

Drilled and completed the wells using dual lateral openhole completion system.

Led well intervention and re-completion operations, designed well stimulations, engineered well work operations and coordinated logistics with multiple vendors. Prepared the well integrity standards for the company particularly on well re-entries and workover operations.

Designed TCP and coiled tubing perforation operations in conjunction with related vendors.
