• Analyze and evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in description of material and equipment.

• Prepare and issue requests for quotations to qualified vendors as per Client approved vendor list.

• Knowledge and apply of sourcing and procurement techniques, survey the market and recommend new sources.

• Analyze all suppliers’ quotations for competitive pricing and delivery period to select most suitable supplier.

• Negotiate with suppliers on prices, payment terms and delivery conditions to obtain the maximum benefit for the company and to meet the estimated budget.
