Managed multiple major renovations of existing SCIF space to optimize use for multiple classified government projects. These projects include a state of the art 1800 sq. ft Demo center and Conference room, 1800 sq. ft of Operational Lab space, an 1800 sq. ft Data center and an 1800 sq. ft Classified material Storage Mezzanine, three special use labs and 4000 sq. ft of classified office space. During these build outs I was responsible for coordinating initial design to include Government security oversight, design review, on the fly change approvals to deal with unexpected construction limitations, final inspections and acceptance of finished spaces from primary contractor for occupancy. Planned and executed environmental tests on equipment to include multiple different packaging and shipping configurations and operational use environments. Prepared resulting reports to the Government customer indicating results and recommendations for adjustments to meet requirement set by customer.
Coordinated, inventoried large shipments for multiple multi-million dollar classified customer program deliveries using Customer approved methods.
