Open files and process all Residential and Commercial orders in Aim program for abstracting purposes. Work closely with all abstractors to ensure that all orders are received timely to meet closing deadlines. Scan abstracts, and move into Filestor for pre-closing work. Scan audit sheets into Filestor and track to storage all files received from branches,.

Proof read all pre-closings documents, residential and commercial after reviewed by the attorney. Maintain excel spreadsheet to tract all files and all invoices submitted to accounting department for processing and payment.

Maintain and monitor O & E Insurance coverage for all vendors to ensure that the coverage is current. Help with various post-closing request, after recordation, for copies of Title Policies, surveys, mortgages etc. Assist post closing to receive cancelations, paid notes, etc. Greet clients, answer phones, schedule conference rooms, log and distribute all faxes. Monitor and request supplies for 700 Camp Tenants and call for service when needed for copier fax machines, etc. LOAN OPERATION FLOATER OMNI BANK, HARVEY LA - MARCH 2006 – OCTOBER 2006 Provide back up for Collateral Release, Loan Review, Quality Control, Insurance, Payment Processing, Scanning and indexing Departments, for vacations or heavy workloads. Process and post all loan payments, loan advances and payoffs received from customers. Pull and balance the Loan in Transit Report.

Clear exceptions sited for consumer, commercial and constructions loans on the system. Quality Control, reviewed booking sheets for accuracy, review audit exceptions and file maintenance reports. Insurance, clear insurance documents received daily and process forced place flood/hazard insurance letters. Assist with the balancing and paying of the Zurich bill for forced placed fees.
