Completing the work at hand.(sometimes multiple orders at a time per-night) Making sure the orders that gets shipped out that night, its all there. Making sure the other departments have work for that shift, and staging for the next shift Operating a lift to move the large buns of foam (108" X 82"), from one saw to another saw then to my machine (Cutlas) where I start to complete the orders. Knowing the different foams to use per specs on invoices. Most of all working well with others!
