Engineering Installation Missions deploy worldwide to fulfill their mission to engineer, install, remove, and relocate Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intel, radios, navigational aids, and meteorological equipment

Engineering Installation Squadrons is Major Command of the Air Force Space Command. 270th EIS provides specialized cyber engineering resources and support assets to accomplishing engineering, and installation of all C4ISR (Command, Contingence (C4I) information systems and infrastructure such as antennas, cabling, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) infrastructures and airfield systems for the DoD, USAF, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

As a part of The 270th Engineering Installation Squadron, the 270th Communications Squadron, I was able to do installation to operation of base communications equipment facilities to include telephone and teletype equipment, installation of command, control, communications, and computer systems annually for the US Air Force as an adjunct to training. Fiber installation for fiber optic cables in the Air Force, using an air compressor that repels the fiber through micro-tubing, setting a pipe that allows the fiber to go from one end of a run to the other.

I was solely deployed to the 175th Wing, Maryland Air National Guard in Maryland to help them cut over their Analog system to Avaya Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP system, I also was a part of 10 team that help built their Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), Installing the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) I was responsible for installing the Cat6 shield cables and Fiber Optic rack and the fiber cables within the Facility.

Deployed in 2018 as a part of a 22 men tiger team to upgrade The Cisco Network Switches and Routers across the entire base at Joint Base McGuire MDL AFB, NJ We installed over 400 switches bring the base up to Compliance
