Administrative Leadership
Managed the Single Sales Division for the Philadelphia Tribune from 1998-2012. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, establishing new accounts, monitoring returns and increasing sales with existing accounts. Directing and building rapport with local school districts, churches and institutions of higher learning to increase bulk newspaper sales. Also, responsible for satisfying customer complaints for national accounts. As manager of Home Delivery from 1994-1998 it was my responsibility to oversee the distribution, proper placement and timely delivery of our newspapers as well as resolving customer complaints or issues.
