● Designed a comprehensive portal PowerApp to streamline the onboarding process for more than 1100 application owners, through its comprehensive functionalities, including monitoring capabilities and ticket creation, the app achieved an outstanding 95% efficiency in avoiding duplicate ticket generation.

● Efficiently developed an independent custom solution utilizing .Net to organize 10,000+ incoming SLA emails. Leveraged MariaDB to create a custom table, and integrated PowerAutomate to enable automated sending of the SLA email table to the relevant stakeholders. This implementation resulted in a 100% increase in productivity by effectively reducing manual effort.

● Collaborated with the HPIT Israel team to assist in the development process and troubleshoot front-end errors on the user portal by utilizing my expertise in jQuery and JavaScript. Successfully monitored, analyzed, troubleshoot, and reported performance improvements.

● Orchestrated an Azure Logic App that harnessed the capabilities of Postman, JSON, XML, and Azure Maps. This efficiently facilitated the smooth transfer of HP supplies order data, all while performing thorough error checks to ensure data integrity.

● Worked closely with software development teams to seamlessly integrate applications into the cloud infrastructure and manage cloud environments, including resource provisioning, monitoring, and optimization.

● Devised a one-platform solution for over 800 users of HP's applications, enabling smooth communication with managers and well-planned resolution of queries related to the applications. As a result, most users highly rated the solution, particularly appreciating its effectiveness in avoiding the need to create tickets for query resolution.
