During my IT career I managed and completed many IT projects in the different area of IT. In my position as IT Systems/Network Administrator for Iyinisiw Management Inc. (only one IT employee in the company) I designed and implemented from the scratch corporate IT Infrastructure, built DataCentre, which include - Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP servers, High Availability Two-Node MS Cluster on the base of Windows DataCentre 2012 with virtual environment MS Hyper-V, which include several Virtual Servers to provide IT solutions for the company - File-FTP server, Application servers, Network Licensing servers (to enable our Engineers to run their Applications with network licenses - AutoCAD, Caesar, RISA, FE/Pipe, spColumn, ETAP), Backup Solution (Symantec Backup Exec), Antivirus Software, Configured network switches and dual access router (Cisco). Also I implemented VoiP solution. MPLS solution to connect our offices in different geographical locations in one corporate network. VPN solution - for our mobile employees. Implemented from the scratch IBM Domino Lotus Notes Mail server.

In my previous positions I worked with mixed VMware - MS Hyper-V environment (VSB, Northland Properties Inc., Morgan Stanley) and with different Storage solutions, including NetApp.
