●This is my most recent work experience in my expertise of the Tejas department. I have operated in the Tejas department for more than four and a half years. During my time in this position I have had both backend and topside experience. I have also trained as a rework and scrap operator. I have worked in the pack area and have handled, produced and shipped the service side of production. I successfully completed my TPM 1 certification in April of 2021, as well as my TPM 2 certification in September 2022. As of May 2022 I have also completed my IPC certification program and I am a certified IPC specialist. In my position as a Lead Operator I have trained various operators from different ethnic backgrounds. Many of the operators I have worked with have been monolingual and through practice I have incorporated some of this language into my everyday work for my operators and others that may need help. I have trained hundreds of operators from many diverse backgrounds and have led many of them to grow into new positions through their training.
