As a service manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, my main responsibility was maintaining the satisfaction of every guest who walked through that door. I made the schedules for the front of house, including servers, bartenders, cashier's, expo, and hostess. I have over 10 years experience in serving and almost 5 years in management. I work well with others and have become pretty good solving guest issues. I have a great personality and can use that to my benefit in being a good manager. People listen to me because I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. Although there is paperwork involved in management, I am not one to sit in the office during a rush.
