About Me
Extensive experience in QA testing, possessing strong leadership and communication skills. I have led and interfaced with a wide variety of development teams, both internal and external, utilizing a diverse range of testing methodologies ranging from black box testing to automated testing focused on software and website development. I have created and executed comprehensive test plans for games, backend services, and eCommerce functionality, all with adherence to strict accessibility standards. I have worked extensively with Android, iOS, and Windows devices, on many individual hardware platforms as well as software applications. I am fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish.
I have demonstrated proficiency in production and project management within the Scrum framework, including bug management in Jira and workspace curation in Confluence. With hands-on qualifications in industry-standard programs like Postman, Denuvo, and Slack, I enhance productivity and foster cross-team synergy. Lead a QA team of eight testers focused on all tasks related to monetization, accounts functionality, social services, and ownership/entitlements for customers. Our focus is on excellent, bug-free product delivery and smooth player experience
Work closely with a wide variety of developers and producers across the company, balancing the needs of engineers, marketing teams, designers, and more.
Lead the QA team consisting of five testers for the Bethesda/Valve Steam migration service. Cross collaborated with Valve Corporation in order to ensure consumers can successfully migrate games from Bethesda.net to Steam
Spearheaded testing and product setup during the launch of Bethesda's digital storefront, allowing customers to purchase digital titles directly from the company for the first time.
Leading the ongoing the effort to audit Bethesda Softworks web presence and ensure that all sites meet Microsoft Accessibility Standards (MAS)
Coordinated testing of Fallout 4's Creation Club, a cross-disciplinary effort involving deliveries of game modifications and monetization of user-created content
