Related work experience and employed at Insurance Corporation of British Columbia for 18 years. Employed with ICBC from March 1998 to September 2015. I was employed at ICBC as a material damage estimator in a number of claim centers throughout the lower mainland as well as Out of Province claims and Commercial claims departments. Left this company for personal reasons.

Industry training and body shop related experience. I was employed and a accomplished body and paint technician in the heavy equipment truck repair industry.;8 years

General Motor certified trim man at Eagle Ridge Pontiac Buick GMC - 7 years Trim person- repair water ;leaks, rattles, power accessories and body fit and PDI. 7 years I was also employed in truck manufacturing factories at Freightliner Canada and Hino trucks. 5 years

I have acquired a vast amount of customer service training and experience in my work history and have awards and many recommendations from customers and coworkers over the last 20 years. I am easy to get along with and always willing to help out in any department that requires my abilities.

I am well Trained and capable using Mitchell & Audatex estimating platforms & use Imex Office system
