EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This Employment Contract is entered into on the Ol IT day of December, 2022 between RUZENET, whose business is located at Kira Town, Mamerito Mugerwa Road, ANED HOUSE, SHOP NO. 005, Kampala - Uganda, 10101, and OKOJIE SUNDAY OSETOHAMEN, who resides at Kira Town, Mamerito Mugerwa Road, Hallelujah Close, Kampala - Uganda, 10101 for the period of I 2Months renewable by Management Decisions. The Employer agrees to hire the Employee for the position of WEB AND INTERNET EXPERT. The Employee will report to work beginning on the day of 01ST day of December, 2022, at 8:30am

The Employee agrees to work 8 hours a day, on the following days: IMon 2Tue

5 Fri 16 Sat Sun

The Employee is considered a Monthly Salaried employee and $1,500 is paid for 21 Worked days as his also entitled to overtime benefits.

Job Duties

The Employee will perform the job duties as set forth below. 1. Website Management and Maintenance.

2. Online Trading and Marketing.

3. Social Media Management, Maintenance and Updating. 4. Network and Web Management.

In addition to the above, the Employee agrees to perform other duties that are deemed customary by other persons working in similar positions. The Employee further agrees that the Employer may assign extra duties from time to time, as determined by the needs of the business.

Job Performance

1. The Employee agrees to perform all duties as listed above, to the best of their abilities. The Employee further agrees to use time wisely and to adhere to work standards of the highest quality.

2. The Employee understands that failure to perform work in a satisfactory and timely manner could result in their termination.

Compensation and Benefits

The employee will be paid Monthly, at the hourly rate of $187.5 and an overtime rate of $25 for hours that exceed 4 hours per calendar week.
