JOB DESCRIPTION

•We have done this project for US based company Toppan Merrill.

•The aim of this project is delivering all kind of Financial Reporting Document such as Annual Report, Semi-Annual Report and Financial documents for EDGAR format.

•Edgar format there are two types. One HTML format another PDF format for filing purpose. We would receive the financial related document and template document from customers.

•We are following some process to convert client provided document to the new format requested by customer. The Process Are Data check, Layout, Coding, Pagination, Proof Reading, Quality Controller, Sampling, Auditing and finally send through the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Leading the team, estimation and delivering document as Per ETA/schedule.

•We will send the Financial Documents to customers. They will take printout and make a booklet copy and send these to customers.

•We have filed US SEC (United States Securities Exchange of Commission) Government.
