Manufactured urethane parts for the oil industry. Followed algorithms to formulate resins for both hand and machine mixing. Resins were then poured into various aluminum and metal molds and placed into ovens to cure. I operated on a precisely times basis, where multitasking skills were required. I would then de-mold the finished products, and clean the molds in preparation of the next batch of products to meet a specific quota. My work station was maintained and sanitized throughout up to a 12 hour shift.

Engaged as a production worker that conducted packaging, generating, and printing of labels for each product. I then placed finished products on pallets. Operated in a fast paced work environment. After 6 months of production, I was then trained in the warehouse. I operated all types of forklifts, and picked up finished pallets from production lines to be placed in the warehouse. My job duties included; pulling and staging orders, loading and unloading trucks, producing bills of lading, managing a complex navigation system in order to place finished product into correct housing throughout the warehouse. My job title also required me to obtain knowledge of bulk trucks, where I had to hook up hoses to unload flour, sugar, and canola oil into each silo. I then took samples of each food product received for the appropriate testing of quality assurance.

OVEN ROASTER OPERATOR/ PRODUCTION, ONCE AGAIN NUT BUTTER

Roasted various types of nuts, which consisted of placing 60 pound bags into a receptacle that distributed evenly through an industrial oven to be roasted. Maintained correct temperatures and data entry of periodic moisture checks. As a production worker, my job was to place jars on the production line in order to be filled with various organic nut butters. I would also then be responsible for building pallets, and replacing packing materials as they depleted. Several times per week, the production crew and myself would disassemble equipment in order to thoroughly clean and sanitize.
