Hair nets, beard nets, safety glasses & steel toe shoes... Hand-feed crusts into spaces on the conveyor belt
If the machine light turns red, crust goes to the pack-off machine. Drops 10 circle crusts per second. Pack-off 10 circle crusts into a big plastic box with cardboard on the bottom. When you have 10 circle crusts into a pattern, either double it or you put cardboard to make dividers...then when the box is full...grab the top off another plastic box.
Repeat...with a empty box, repeat with the crusts into the box. Put a order tag inside on top of the circle crusts. Wrap the top of the box with blue plastic, good and tight, when it looks good, stop wrapping. And put the order sticker on the front & back of the blue wrap of the box. In the docker/heater room... about 103 F being Inspector, on the belt on the conveyor belt. Watching & taking bad product off the belt and put them into yellow buckets. Reason: Layoff
