Relevant Experience: My experience has been a Production Shop and PM Mechanic for Edgewell in Dover, Delaware. My professional experience include responding to trouble calls involving welders and welding robots and fixtures, overhead conveyor systems, 35, 70, and 85 ton presses, welding fixture design, set-up and maintenance. I have completed automation projects integrating PLC capabilities, design and fabrication. I have also been responsible for many building maintenance issues such as generators, welding gas systems, troubleshooting electrical issues, LP gas system maintenance, construction projects, and almost daily welding and fabrication projects. I’m also the module mechanic doing daily PMs on over 80 different types of mechanical, pneumatic and electric components, repair and PM for sixteen production machines. My experiences include preventative maintenance of electric and LP gas fork trucks, PM equipment for steel fabrication and overhead cranes and hoists.
My experience with food manufacturing included setting up the product line by selecting proper recipes, make adjustments with touch screen monitors and troubleshooting problems during production. I’ve also used, calibrated and maintained tolerance critical lab equipment. I take great pride in my work ethic, dependability, and commitment to safety in the workplace. I am very adaptable with the ability to quickly learn new tasks and a commitment to work wherever I am needed.

Rebuild modules and components removed from equipment during PM or when failure occurs during the manufacturing process. Troubleshoot and repair issues on production equipment and repair production equipment as needed.
