Project Description
Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) is a unified communications border element, providing voice and
video connectivity between the enterprise IP network and service provider network. It is like a voice-gateway, except for the replacement of physical voice trunks with an IP connection.
Responsibilities
•Working on design, development and Engineering support of features of the various Contact center solutions
•Sync-up with Engineering team offshore to troubleshoot issue faced in implementation of feature going in AC (Agile Commit)
•Holding collaborations with different operations team (VXML, DSP farm, Web ex, Call control etc) while also implementing DEVOPS
•Bi-weekly sync up with PO offshore to pass the feedback from customers to maintain and add value to product and come up with new implementation well captured in wiki central
•Involved in high level Arch Sync-up on complex implementations and Serviceability features, securities vulnerabilities, Cloud integration etc.
•Regular sync up and help defect team to make sure the CFD is under control and at same time delivering quality in every release cycle

Cisco Unity Voicemail is on prem solution for delivering VoIP and has the largest customer base across the United States. Voicemail solution offers various features Text to Speech, Speech to Text, Unified Messaging, Call Control, IoT and APNS type integrations using best-in-class S/W frameworks.
Responsibilities
Working on design and development of Voicemail features and unified messaging involving G-Suite and Micro Soft Office 365.
Weekly Sync-up with Engeering team offshore to troubleshoot issue faced in implemtation of feature going in AC (Agile Commit)
Holding collaborations with different operations team (CMI, CMS, Spark, CLIO, Mailgun, Platform, Call control etc) while implementing DEVOPS for CPE Cloud
