I would like to apply for a job at your firm. I have worked for the City of Stamford for over 23 years and would like to have a career change. I have worked as a Mortgage Underwriter and a Loan Processor as well back in 1993. At which time I left to have children. I went back to work in October 2000 and have worked for the city as an Index Clerk and an Assistant to the City and Town Clerk of Stamford CT. As you can see from my resume, I have more experience in the Land Records Department since 2005, prior to that I was part-time employee who worked in both our departments Vital Statistics and Land records. I have also been the record keeper for the city and published the Minutes and Agendas on the City Website since 2007 to present.
I have worked on the City’s recording system (New Vision and IQS) which also is the Land Records data base that Attorneys as well as the public research for land ownership history as well as the Recording of all legal documents. (Mortgages, Liens, Land Deeds as well as all documents required to be recorded on the land records.
I have some experience of Word documents and Outlook schedules. I would be asset to your office, I am very organized and very detail oriented. I have supervised as well as helpful with all office responsibilities. I have delt directly with the public for over 23 years and have a reputation of being friendly and able to deal with any situation that comes my way.
