Electrical Engineer :

Eliminate problem through Root cause analysis.

Trouble shoot Electrical circuit.

Repair high speed industrial manufacturing equipment. Performe maintenance of Electrical and Electronics components maintenance equipment and facility systems up to 4

Installation and Maintenance of all the machines.

Involved in operation and maintenance of Electrostatic precipitator (ESP). Handled with 0.37KW to 3.7MW Motor.

Maintenance of 2.3KV Variable frequency drives (VFD) system. Maintenance of 24V & 220V charger system.

Handled 16Ah to 2640Ah Batteries.

Maintenance of 415V, 3.3KV & 11 KV Circuit Breaker. Operation and Maintenance of 16 MVA to 315 MVA transformers. Operation and Maintenance of 1500 KVA Diesel generators. Checking on motor dial alignment cage.

Handling preventive maintenance activities, planning and scheduling shutdown maintenance, daily maintenance and breakdown maintenance.

Quality Engineer:

Monitoring inspection method based on ISO standard. Maintenance of Weighing Scale System, Barrel pump & Mobile Pump. Maintenance of Fire alarm system and Fire protection system. Monitor Preventive/Predictive maintenance program and ensure timely resolution of all identified issues.

Assist in Corrective-maintenance, Preventive-maintenance. Oversee the junior engineers according the shift plan and also give training to them in their respective fields.

Experience with installation and troubleshooting of electrical equipment such as low/medium/high voltage switchgear, transformers, motors and distribution systems. Conducting Safety audits within the department and ensuring the compliance from all the employees and updating the checklists and audit reports. Calibration of equipment’s at required time to avoid fault. Identification of faults and root cause for the same to avoid the regular issue improvising the yield ratio. Preparing SOP, work instructions, check sheets and auditing in line. Controlling and auditing all production line check sheets. Product parameter’s by using VMM. Create quality measurements to track improvement in products. Monitor Preventive/Predictive maintenance program and ensure timely resolution of all identified issues. Assist in Corrective-maintenance, Preventive-maintenance.
