I've worked in Telecommunications since the break-up of the Phone Company.I started as a summer hire for New York Telephone, and at the advise of my Manager, I signed up after High School and took the Representative Test. Since then, I have dedicated my life to providing quality service to my customers. I was honored with the highest award given to craft for excellence in service.
