Currently working as Patient Care Technician, I help and monitor patients on my Unit. In this role, my responsibilities include measuring and documenting vital signs. I also identify patients concerns and report them to nurses. My duties also include moving, turning, and repositioning patients as required for their comfort and personal needs.
• 2 years working as Non patient’s transporter in THR Dallas. I pick up soiled equipment from different units of the hospital, clean/sanitize them and restock the clean supply rooms par level. Made sure requisition forms are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Possess 12 months in Patients Transporter capacity. Greeted all patients with courtesy, cared for them, and take them to various procedures and tests within the hospital. We cared for outpatients as well as inpatients.
• 10+ years in a Customer Service capacity, including answering multi-line phone systems and resolving customer complaints, both in English and French languages.
