LAUSD Beyond the Bell February 2020 - November 2021
While I was at LAUSD, I worked in an after-school program where I coached kids in sports and academics. I took care of both middle school and elementary school children, making sure they were safe and involved. I watched how well they were doing in their studies and talked to their parents and school staff about it. I also guided and supported students in the Beyond the Bell program, creating a fun and interesting place for them to learn. As a BTB coach, I got really good at managing classrooms, making sure students were interested in what we were learning, working well with other staff, talking to parents when needed, and coming up with creative ways to teach.

During my time at Panda Express, I've refined my communication and team-building abilities. This role has provided me with valuable experience in conflict resolution, handling both internal team dynamics and guest interactions. These situations demand quick decision-making and maintaining composure.
