Picked customs documents like T1s from truck drivers who had brought cargo and recorded their names and phone numbers.

Cross checked the details on the customs documents with the truck to ascertain they are matching. Some of the details include container number, truck number, and seal numbers among others. Prepared entry pass using the company operating system known as SAP and entered data into the system. The gate pass would then be handed over to the driver to proceed inside.

Managed expeditious movement of cargo trucks across the barrier. Recorded the details of the customs documents like the T1 in the cargo reconciliation book.

Arrived the customs documents like the T1 in the customs warehousing system known as BWIMS.

Followed up with the custom's officer to make sure the documents like the T1 are validated or auto-converted into the IM7.

Reconciliation of the cargo at the point of exit as per recorded at entry in the cargo reconciliation book.

Confirming documents like the exit notes, export entries and confirming the cargo before its exited.

Stock taking which involved physical counting of the units to ascertain their number.

Prepared and completed warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

Prepared a monthly report of the number of units received and the number of units released.
