IOT Data Capture from Bottle Filling System
The objective of the project is to increase the efficiency, reduce manual effort and cost through automation with the help of next generation technologies PLC microcontroller and IoT devices in the age old bottling filling process. It also captures IoT data and loaded into the cloud systems to generate analytics report for measuring the efficiency. Two sensors proximity sensor and IR Sensors are fixed in the conveyor bar to measure the bottle filling process and collect the metrics, ubidots IOT software program has used to capture the data from the IoT sensors. Python program logic to stream the captured data and loaded into ubidots cloud to generate report.
