I created complete set of books on PC for Southwest Surveying Co. This corporation was merged later with Franklin Management Corp. During the many years of employment, several Real Estate acquisitions occurred and the development of several LLC’s were created for groups of properties. In addition to this,there were several partnership that existed before I was employed. I prepared partnership and LLC tax returns, both Federal and State.

Accomplishments:

Developed financial reporting systems for 8 companies.

In addition to being the CFO, I was the property manager for 25 commercial properties and General Manager of 2 Mobile Home Parks.
