General Superintendent: The Centric Group, Columbia, SC 29210 (General

Contracting, Engineering Review and Inspections, Disaster Relief, Controlled

Demolition) Oversee all phases of the company projects from initial planning to completion, specializing in all commercial construction, residential, disaster relief, and public works projects. My company responsibilities include, but are not limited to; supervising all actual physical construction of our project in strict accordance with contract documents; Verification of safety compliance with all trades; maintenance and planning of all reports, workarounds, shutdowns and tie- ins; resolution of jurisdiction disputes; enforcement of safety and quality control policies; direction and day-to-day coordination of trade contractors--and the subcontractors when required--to ensure the turnout of quality work that meets the approved project schedule; maintain positive relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions and venders; building a positive project team environment; making sure there is strong communication between administration, engineers, architects, project managers, superintendents and contractors. 2013 - 2017

FINISH SUPERINTENDENT, PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT: Lendlease CONSTRUCTION (HOSPITALITY)

New Build, 10-story luxury facility; the Marriott Hotel in Charlottesville, 28 million contracts, came in at 27.2 million. Virginia. Assisted Living Nursing Facility, Galax, Virginia, 200 resident, 95,000 sq ft, single story New Build. Contract, 14.5 million, came in at 14 million. Completed both projects under budget, and 45 and 60 days ahead of schedule.

2008– 2013

CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT/ PROJECT MANAGER/GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT:

Dale Life Care Services CORPORATION, GOLDEN VENTURES (HEALTH CARE) In charge of all, New Build Construction, Facility Renovations and Additions to over 240 nursing facilities throughout the United States. Average new build, projects, 22 million. Average renovation, additions projects, 6-10 million. Average facility MEP, upgrades, 1-3 million.

2002 – 2008

Interstate Construction and Restoration GENERAL Superintendent/PROJECT Management SUPERINTENDENT: NEW CONSTRUCTION and Storm Restoration. (COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL, HEALTH CARE and Hospitality)

New build, 75,000 sq. ft, 130 residential facilities. One story, total demolition and replace, Flood damage; Rockville Maryland Apartment systems were three multi-level units with 40 units per building, total demolition and replace. Total project contract 19.5 million. Completed, project total cost 19 million. Completed project in 28 days, ahead of master schedule. Average crew size per day, 70-85 men

1995 - 2002

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT/STRUCTURAL SUPERINTENDENT: NEWBURY AND MASON, ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, COMMERCIAL

CONSTRUCTION. (HEALTH CARE, MEDICAL) New BUILD AND ADDITION’s. VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH CANCER, RESEARCH CENTER & HOSPITAL, RICHMOND, VIRGINIA. MULTILEVEL HOSPITAL, FACILITY. CONTRACT AMOUNT 48.8 MILLION 19 MONTH BUILD SCHEDULE. PROJECT CAME IN $78,000 OVER CONTRACT COST AND FINISHED 38 DAYS OVER MASTER SCHEDULE FINISH DATE. DUE TO ENGINEERING, CHANGE ORDERS.

1989 –1995

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT/STRUCTURAL INSPECTOR: F&K CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & CONTRACTING. (HEALTH CARE) (CONTROLLED STRUCTURAL DEMOLITION) TO INCLUDE HI-RISE BUILDINGS, WATER SPAN BRIDGES, OLD

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES, AND US GOVERNMENT SUPERFUND SITES:

I led a team that varied in size 40 to 100. General Superintendent over the new build construction of two 80,000 sq ft, single story Assisted Living Nursing Facilities. Brought them both out of the ground on the same date and completed both projects three days apart. Each were brought to completion 18 and 15 days ahead of schedule and both met their budgets. Structural, Superintendent for New Build, High School, and Middle School, Lowell Massachusetts. Working with Architects and Engineering team from ground works thru dry-in. Then turned buildings over to Finish Superintendents, for completion.

1983 – 1988 PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT/GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT: HALLIBURTON INTERNATIONAL AND SECURITY. RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA. NEW BUILD, multi-level, 30 story facility (Office Complex), General Superintendent: Union Carbide Refinery, Kuwait.

1979 – 1983 PROJECT MANAGER/MASTER CHIEF-SAT DIVER: OFFSHORE EXPLORATION INC.

Underwater construction and refit maintenance and demolition. Oversaw dive plan lay-out, editing of project blueprints, and material procurement. Designed project, and manpower schedules. Directed: all shipping of equipment and transportation. Developed proposals and managed buy-out of subcontractors. Managed all quality control sign-offs with the engineers. Project Manager of NDT, (Non-Destructive Testing) program.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS SUPERINTENDENT

•Responsible for all site construction activities including all field and subcontractor personnel as required to successfully complete the project/work on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, coordinating all trades and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Maintain job site office and close out projects.

•Coordinate all field operations to achieve completion of the project on schedule and within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications as well as including any change directives/orders while maintaining client satisfaction.

•Recruit and hire within company polices and guidelines as required.

•Maintain construction schedules including short interval production schedules, identify and solve problems in a timely manner.

•Order materials and schedule inspections necessary throughout then project.
