•Troubleshooting customers issues with their electronics which included PC troubleshooting, TV troubleshooting and even a little phone troubleshooting.

•The PC troubleshooting normally involved soft/hard resets of the PC's if they were not powering on.

• The TV troubleshooting could be very involved or simple depending on the panel technology for the TV and how far we were authorized to proceed with repairs for it. If the issue could not be resolved over the phone then a repair would be authorized by me. Customers would normally ship their products in to one of our repair centers. Follow-up repairs would sometimes have to be scheduled as well and I was responsible for communication with the customers during this entire process.
