WORK EXPERIENCE

Flextronics - Calibration Coordinator. I calibrate equipment such as torque tools, spectrum analyzers, machines and many more. I gather all the data from 1200 calibrations and compile and sort all the information into a spreadsheet and input all that data into the inhouse database. I also coordinate calibrations with outside companies to get their assets calibrated and data sorted.

Sanmina - Intergration specialist for 300mm Endura Mainframe plateform. Leak test all mainframe seals at vacuum. Harenessing specialist for Endura PVD chamber lower body assembly. Build sub-assemblies for 300mm/200mm Endura platform. Built and QC both PVD and Pre-Clean AC Box assemblies.

October 2019 -January 2021

AMD - Assembled different computer parts and assemblies. Built and programed Cortz and Onyx servers.

December 2017- July 2019

Applied Matierials - Electro-mechanical assembler 2. Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions. Read, and understand the schematic diagrams, blueprints, product manuals, process

documents, and gather information regarding its parts, fixtures, tools, etc. Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products. Perform cleaning of all parts as per established cleaning procedures. Maintain work area clean, safe and orderly. Responsible for performing Engineering trials, overseeing volume builds and maintaining the C100 area.

VLT(Visual Lighting Technologies) - Mechanical assembler level 2. Soldering and building L.E.D. panels for different applications to backlight products for stores. Panels would rank from 12"X12" to 5'X10' and would be comprised of L.E.D. boards connected via jumpers, hardwire, or slack connections and all required soldering.

M/D Tatco - Assembly Tech, I assembled parts for oil rigs. Worked with hazardous chemicals and microscopes.I made angle indicators for oil rigs they are used to tell the driller the exact angle to the degree.This was posible by polishing under a microscope. I was also given solder trainning.
