Created, manage, and update corporate Windows images and security requirements.

Custom solutions designed for specific environments build into a single solution. This allowed a single WinPE image to be able to joining a multitude of AD domains, select specific hostname, use specific license keys, and work with single, multi thread/core CPUs. Without that custom solution an image would be needed for each scenario.

Worked with field engineers to troubleshoot complex issues and integrate any new requirements into standard image.

Ran disaster recovery and data backup for any end user devices needed.
