CHEMICAL PROCESSOR OPERATOR EXPERIENCE
Able to successfully perform work necessary to operate, control, adjust and regulate temperatures, pressures, levels, flow rates and other operating variables for the production of quality and on-spec products.
Responsible for maintaining current, detailed knowledge and understanding of process unit equipment, unit operations, principles of operating methods used in the process and the effects of operations on equipment involved.
Accurately monitor and record raw materials both received and shipped out.
Conduct routine monitoring of pumps, compressors and storage tanks as needed.
Prepare blend tanks and meters, gather raw materials and check inventory.
Blend performance chemicals (catalysts, amines, polyols) in batch process.
Perform preventative maintenance on blending equipment.
Load tank wagons, tank cars and totes with blended and raw materials.

Successfully operated small and large kettles, distillations and Wet Laboratory equipment.
