I worked in the emergency department at Bayhealth for the past year, successfully completed a Hemodialysis certification program and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant program at Del-Tech. I am adept at computers, have registration, scheduling, ECG and venipuncture knowledge. My past role as Audit Risk Sr. Analyst provided me the opportunity to hone oral and written communication skills. The role was multi-faceted and required my also acting as my own support staff in a very competitive environment which would translate well when servicing clients.
