PROFILE

I bring 30+ years of construction experience in the Rocky Mountain and Denver Metro region. I began my career as a Master Framing Carpenter and Custom Framing Contractor, I have become an expert in managing all aspects of residential home construction, excelling in facilitating the creation of high-end luxury homes. I both conceive and build homes conceptually, and supervise physical completion to ensure the correct means, methods, and scope for all work are completed accordingly. I am able to schedule the total build, from land development with infrastructure, placing the foundation, then the vertical construction, MEP’s, all finishes on interior and exterior. My projects typically result in zero-item list for the final and customer warranty walks. I communicate effectively with all parties concerned, including clients, engineers, architects, all governing agencies, wet and dry utilities, trade partners, and suppliers. I speak sufficient Spanish to communicate well with trades workers. I have excellent time management skills and I create a clear schedule for the entire construction process. Along with the proper due diligence paid to lead time of all aspects of scheduling of construction to proceed in a smooth and effective manner. I am able to manage both internal staff and external project teams. I communicate with clients and manage their expectations. I work well with government entities, design or specialty consultants, and sub-contractors. I create and nurture effective and positive relationships with team members, including staff, outside entities, and clients, to resolve issues and I always deliver top quality work.

I have run multi-family project with higher production totals. For instance, at Spark 24 Townhomes 24 units were being built in a production line method consecutively.

My background is coming from being a top 5% framing contractor, I am Expert at Wood Stick and PreFab Framing and I am a master carpenter, then many years of Construction Management.
