09/2016 - I was asked to take on scheduling for Imaging and Interventional Radiology which consists of nuclear medicine, radiology, interventional radiology, cardiology, inpatient and outpatient. Prepare a scheduler’s guideline book, start up and have an operational setting for the scheduler. Once up and running, I was asked to teach a handful of employees to be consistent with scheduling guidelines put in place.

10/01/2017 – I was asked to be Team Leader in the department of scheduling and received role model in my evaluation.

01/2018 – Medstar Medical Group and Oncology were added to scheduled itinerary. FSH growing quickly in the transplant division and oncology. I was asked to step up and build this new adventure.

12/30/20 – For year 2020, I provided RadNet IT support and guidance to build new scheduling software. We exceeded and went live in October 2020. It has been a long journey and love the excitement.

Reason for Leaving: Received coding certificate and moved to a coder position.
