Promoted into this position to manage a $40 million super-center with loss profit since its opening with shared P&L and leadership responsibility for management/associate recruitment and training, merchandising and sales planning, marketing and promotion, human resources, operations, inventory management, shrinkage, customer service, budgeting and financial reporting.

Exceeded all sales and profit plans and made over $500 thousand for the first time, and delivered the lowest inventory levels of (.20%) for this super-center. Store netted over $1 million before next promotion.

Co-manager, Grocery—Alvin, Texas (2002 – 2003)

Promoted and reassigned to provide leadership and direction to a $95 million underperforming location with extensive safety, food quality, and production and compliance issues. Shared P&L leadership for all staffing, training, inventory control, food service, sanitation, safety, vendor relations, promotions, advertising, demonstrations, competitive analysis and customer service.
