I’m a creative and innovative Architect and Team leader with 18 years of practical experience in designing and supervision of 300+ multi-million dollars projects. I’m well versed with construction functions; consultancy, construction, administration, coordination and management. I have in other occasions explored other job options that suited my interests as a Project coordinator, Construction coordinator and Program manager in humanitarian organizations. I am knowledgeable in; disseminating project information to project stakeholders, monitoring the progress of projects, developing and maintaining project deliverables and gathering and inputting data into databases. More so, I have been involved with Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, community mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, field research, capacity building as well as planning and implementing community based projects. · Monitoring and implementing construction on site I managed a brand new construction unit and coordinated 75+ multi-million dollars construction sites within refugees’ camps and host community. I solved complex contractual situations which were affecting a successful completion of works. I learned how to work alongside with UNHCR and its affiliates. I, on behalf of the IRC Tanzania presented a one (1) year concise notes of lessons learned. I represented the organization in important meetings with partner organizations and government. I drafted professional letters.
