As a shift supervisor, my responsibilities included but were not limited to ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and partners. Ensuring store operations are in order, maintaining customer connections and store needs, creating a learning environment, and ensuring all prepared beverages and food are up to quality and are in line with food safety.

As barista, I would prepare drinks and food items to Starbucks standards while creating a warm environment with customers and partners. By creating this environment, I would take the time to connect with customers by “inspiring and nurturing the human spirit.”

Earned a 4.2 GPA throughout high school career. While in high school, I was a part of the National Honor Society, Key Club, French Honor Society, and was a part of SOA (school of the arts). Awards earned were science student of the year in 2016 and highest honor roll all four years.

VOLUNTEETR AND LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE:

During my time volunteering in Key Club, I helped host several blood drives at my high school. I have helped with concession and ticket stands for many baseball and football events with Kiwanis Club. For a year (in 2019) I was a volunteer in a Kindergarten class and helped students with lessons in addition to attended field trips with them. Lastly, I helped with car wash fundraisers for my class throughout my four years. Through these volunteering opportunities, I was able to learn more about different cultures, lifestyles, and how to empathize more with others. I learned better ways to communicate with others and learned how to become a better people leader.
