High pressure fixed bed catalytic micro reactor, fixed bed ; down-flow and up-flow reactor and double layered fixed bed arrangement reactor, gas flow and high pressure valve arrangement, designing and execution of microreactor for material synthesis at high pressure, designing of furnace for high Temperature biomass and Tire pyrolysis, microwave oven designing for plastic designing of distillation column, flash point, fire point, cloud point and freeze point analysis, Rota-vapor, designing of heat exchanger, designing of tubular type Distillation, Assembling of PECVD in material science lab, Ultra-sonication process, spin coating and Dip coating, designing and assembling of photocatalysis setup, hands on experience in cleanroom.

• Material Synthesis: Zeolite synthesis, Silicoaluminophosphate and Aluminophospate with different media and surfactant synthesis, Nobel metal impregnation with different solutions, nanoparticle synthesis with chemical route, thin film deposition by spay pyrolysis.
