Ensured that tablet Products are manufactured under condition which meets EPO/CRQs/EHS Polices/Procedures, Class A Requirements, local Regulatory, cGMP requirements and using approved documentation.
Meet the marketing demand as per approved Supply Plan on monthly basis.
Directly involved in Tablet manufacturing operations from Dispensing to Coating.
Manage the manufacturing on shop floor as well as manage the troubleshooting of tablet manufacturing issues.
To expose, prioritize and to reduce scarp, rework, shrinkage and to increase yields.
To assist by providing information needed for measurement of KPI’s of Supply side.
To assist root cause analysis against KPI’s results for continuous improvement.
To comply with security standing orders / Code of business conduct.
Maintain positive employees atmosphere and motivate and enhance team work.
To manage & ensure in time and accurate posting of labour hours into BPCS system as well as good literacy of MS Office.
Accountable to meet scheduled operations, due dates, daily run rates, Kanban replenishment etc., in a timely manner.
Facilitate the installation of Seajong cota (400 Kg) through directly involved in FAT and SAT in Korea.
