I feel with my many years of experience in this field (35), the training I have recieved and training I am certified to teach, and the high level people I have worked with to protect I would be a great asset to be hired on. I have a great work ethic, very dependable and professional. I believe in integrity, teamwork and professionalism. Being able to deal with people is a skill you.must poses if you want to make your job easier and get compliance from unruly subjects. You have to give respect to get respect and talk to people not down to people. Arguing gets you no where it only escalates the problem and I believe in not having to go hands on or use force if you can talk to people and use verbal judo instead. Everyone benefits this way and is best for all, although there are times no amount of talking or courtesy will stop an individual from being aggressive or violent. Proper training prevents poor performance as well as proper planning.
