Accomplishment

The owner of Paradise Bar pretty much let me run the entire bar and establishment as well as the necessary daily duties for the bar to be successful. The hired staff believed in me and my style which led to them staying employed and working for me for many years. I truly cared about their success and always believed to lead by example. This style of leadership, I was successful in not only making the bar successful, owner money, customers satisfied but seeing the bar grow in business. The owner gave me a monthly bonus on staff retention but a yearly bonus due to the growth of the bar and its success.

Now in my life I’m a proud owner of a pizza & sub restaurant that we purchased in March 2023. Due to the restaurant being new and growing, additional income is needed plus I like to work as a bartender. So pursuing full-time employment is something I seek. I enjoy the interaction and friendships that I develop being a bartender.
