I am seeking an Executive position in the Construction industry. A position responsible for executive oversight of a fast-paced construction company for business development, contract negotiations, risk management, executive oversight of projects from preconstruction, through construction and closeout and daily involvement and management of all team members. I will also mentor and train team members for fast-paced growth development. I am 100% detailed and hands-on of all phases of the construction projects. I am well experienced in cost control, billing, collections, and monthly status reports. I completely understand cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting. I will be the key point of contact with all owners, owner representatives, and architects. I will be accountable for project completions and financials, critical success factors and client satisfaction.
