PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES in PROCESS / MAINTENANCE:

Perform offshore/onshore Commissioning &maintenance activities, which includes preventive, breakdown & shutdown maintenance of process instruments and fire and gas safety Instruments related to Oil & Gas gathering and Processing Plant, Compressed natural Gas compressor, Oil Pumping station, Water injection Plant and Well Head Areas.

Experienced in the installations, site inspections and commissioning of a diverse range of hazardous area instrument & electrical equipment’s specifically in the field of calibrations, loop checking, Functional logic and dynamic testing, trouble shooting and failure analysis and fault rectification of Process instruments, fire & gas instruments, and Testing of ESD systems.

Having good experience with operation and troubleshooting of process equipment’s as follows,

Valves of (2-way, 3-way ball, gate, globe, butterfly), Pneumatic shutdown valves, and pressure-regulating valves.

Familiar with HART & SFC transmitters (Analog & DE Protocol) of Rosemount, Honeywell, Vega, Bailey, & K-Tek make.

(ROSEMOUNT), Magnetic type (FISHER- BAILY & PORTER).

Worked on level transmitters i.e., GWR Magnetrol, Displacers / Interface level of Masonielan, AT200 (K-TEK) magnetostrictive type.

Familiar with BENTLY NEVEDA 3500 Series Vibration monitoring system (MMS) for Turbines, Motors & Heavy Duty Compressors.

Assisted DELTA-V, YOKOGAWA, HIMA, HONEYWELL,EMERSON Engineer for configuring point, values, ranges, alarm set points, HI/LO points and service description for the respective loops as per the details/feedback from the client.

Coordinate between contractor and operator for work permit and lock- out/tag out procedure.

Calibration and trouble shooting of control valves with digital valve controller, configuration of DVC 6000 Series Smart petitioners and configuration and Stroke checking of motor operated Valve.

Loop checking from field to console & troubleshooting in any type of fault in Loop at field, Marshaling rack, FTA card, HPM & PLC cabinet.

Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start – up activities.

Plant Turn Around preparations and maintenance activities.

Make up of maintenance procedure task for special assigned instruments

Maintenance & troubleshooting of all HART & SMART transmitters for Level, flow, pressure, temperature Transmitters

Temperature Elements (RTD, T/C) performance testing, dimensional verification of Flow elements and Restriction orifice.

Duties involved Shift Plant Coverage, Break Down and Preventive Maintenance activities.

Overhauling & servicing of all types of control valves, ON/ OFF Valves, De-superheated valves.

Good command and Quick response to find out solution in troubleshooting & maintenance on line instruments @ field & marshalling areas.

Checking of Instrument Installation as per P&I hookup diagram & QA/QC procedure and preparation final punch lists.

Reviewing the job schedule plan & achieving to target of completion in time.

Trip & Logic Test (ESD) from field to HIMA and DELTA-V DCS.

FIRE AND GAS SYSTEM:

Calibration and Maintenance of Fire and Gas Detection Systems such as Flame Detectors (UV/IR detectors &UV detectors), Fire Detectors (Heat detectors, Temperature switches, Fusible plugs, RTD etc..), Flammable Gas Detectors (LEL Detectors-Methane, etc..), Toxic Gas Detectors(H2S), Smoke detectors (optical& Ionization types), Manual Alarm Call points.
