I provide strong leadership & direction to General Contractors & Team Members for T-Mobile's 5G Standalone and massive MIMO buildout. I have years of experience with AT&T’s & Verizon’s 5G, CBRS & Sub L6 buildouts as well. From the initial preconstruction meeting through integration I’m there to provide guidance and keep the build within budget. I collaborate with cross-functional Teams to validate and certify that the site has been built to the specifications, laid out in the CD & RFDS, provided by our Customers.

I helped create documentation for vendors & customers to reference initiatives, track milestones and complete closeout packages using MS Suites, QMS, TalonView, FileNet and Nexus One.

I continue to build and nurture effective relationships with management, our customers & my peers.

I maintain in-depth knowledge of next-gen equipment & designs and have experience installing & maintaining backup power supply systems.

ALM (Asset Level Management) to scan, monitor and track serialized assets. I have years of RMA experience with multiple OEM’ & vendors.

Manage multiple General Contracting Build Crews for the Dish Wireless 5G buildout. I guided the Civil & Tower Crews throughout the construction process. Keeping track of milestones via the Nexus One platform and daily conference calls with the Project Management Team. Asset One Management was the database used for tracking all materials and serialized assets.

I also helped Dish’s RF Team with drive testing & 522 (911) calls. I used the XCAL drive testing software & PCTEL Scanner to collect the needed site data. I programmed Motorola & Samsung phones into the XCAL software to achieve this. I assembled the data collected from each phone & sent it to the RF Team for evaluation.

September 2019 to January 2022

I orchestrated the construction phase for AT&T’s LTE & 5G buildouts. Guided Construction Crews to site completion according to the specifications in the RFDS, CD & SA. Managed the material & equipment handed out for each site and work with the site's Foreman to ensure they had everything needed for the build. Daily production updates with PMO. I set up the Quality Audits conducted at the end of a site’s build & completed the closeout package for our PM Team & Tower Owner.

I was also responsible for Mastec’s 8 Tiger Teams in Central Tn. I scheduled the Tiger Teams according to AT&T’s priority alarm list. PIM, VSWR, RSSI & link loss are just some of the issues our Tiger Teams fixed daily. Tickets were closed within the MTTR & we had zero go-backs.

Dual Fiber entry for 82 Schools & 4 Hubs. Built 120 miles of overhead Fiber and 80 miles of Underground Fiber. We completed the project in just 4 months with no faults or alarms. The project consisted of 15 Boring Teams, 12 School Construction Teams, 10 Aerial Teams & 5 Tiger Teams. I handled all scheduling, day to day tasks & ran the daily conference calls with the Client.

Installed, tested and maintained Centurylink's (FTTH) Optical Network. Installed and certified Fiber Optic circuits at Cell sites for T-Mobile & Verizon.

Helped with the design and buildout of Centurylink's Optical Network. Used EXFO for Fiber Optic troubleshooting and certification. I also helped with GPON/ADSL/VDSL installations and troubleshooting.
