I helped the Securities Base Lending team in sending emails for match funding during promo time and in converting variable loans to fixed during promo time. I was set the task to set up payment accounts and update/set up credit advance accounts. I sent emails to financial advisors with appropriate screen shots when the banks were asking for corrected information to the clients’ accounts, i.e., routing and account numbers that were incorrect. I also worked with the AML team in setting up client party tracking information in the form of documents that pertained to setting up a credit advance line with the RBC bank and doing all this under governance rules and procedures.
