PLANT ENTHUSIAST,

ELDERLY CARE,

PATIENT CARE

ADVOCACY

My appreciation for plants came to be during covid. Plants became a way to bring the outside, inside. It creates a tranquility that can't be matched and has been known to create endorphins that manage depression and negative feelings. They are therapeutic and are known to clean the air in the environment.

I am the caretaker of my elderly mother who has been battling congestive heart failure and cancer. In my journey I've learned how to advocate for her care and I assist others who are facing a similar journey and don't quite know how to navigate proper care in the midst of medical crisis.
