clients and served as a liaison in

EHS Consultant to Industrial Clients through retainer for advising, teaching and liaison with respect to OSHA, SARA Title III, Local Emergency Planning Committees, and employee safety and training, Hazardous communication and all aspects of human health and the environment. Conducted OSHA/EPA room clearance air sampling, and determined vapor intrusion to buildings using air sampling, soil sampling and ground water sampling. Designed and constructed (inclusive of boiler installation and chemical treatment design– low pressure) Rockmill Brewery, Lancaster, OH. Received Beer of the Year award from Maxim Magazine and appeared in multiple national magazines including Bona Petit (2009 to 2013) – Belgium Ales. All the above listed brewery beer recipes were developed using a thorough water analysis and total ion concentration, matching the beer style to the specific minerology of the original beer area of the world. Environmental Design 1995 - 2021
Designed a soil and ground water treatment system injecting ferrous sulfate and aerobic bacteria climatized to digest gasoline benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene and xylene into the subsurface using drill rods and an injection pump for Shelly Sands, Marietta, OH. Received Covenant Not to Sue (CNS) from regulatory agency – Ohio.
Designed and implemented a treatment system for cleaning the soil and ground water contaminants perchloroethylene, trichloroethylene, and associated daughter products at a dry cleaner using potassium permanganate following a soil oxidant demand test.
